Like many of you, I have been watching the news coverage of the second attempt on Donald Trump’s life. But I have been surprised that there is a lot of information that the main stream media is not telling you. We are going to cover 10 things you missed about Trump’s Assassin.
Same here!
Regards,
My comment is correct.
I have no clue how long he has to wait to post bond.
1. Since they put out SO much inflammatory language that they are afraid that the facts will make them APPEAR complicit
2. They actually are complicit
“”””Assassin #2 was arrested 74 time yet served 0 Jail time.””””
You said he has never been in jail, how do you know, personally I find that highly doubtful.
Yeah where’s the summary? Are you going to call me names now?
I would never call anyone names but in this case the name "lazy" does come to mind but I would never say that out loud.
No I said SERVED 0 JAIL TIME.
SERVED means court ordered. Being held waiting in jail is not the same thing. You’re not serving a sentence...you’re being held until bond is posted or trial.
Remember innocent until proven guilty. So sitting in jail doesn’t mean anything legally. Other than what you said some judges can give you time SERVED.
You are wrong, once thrown in jail all that counts as time, people can sit around for days waiting for a judge, or even after seeing one, not being able to pay bail, but all of that is counted as time and is considered as time served.
Shhhhh.
Who care what his rap sheet shows, a 🤡 is here to ‘splain it away 😂
Why are 30 min. videos needed to simply provide information? This is not a matter to mechanics.
The 🤡 says that Routh is a good old Southern boy, (never meaning no harm), a Contractor (implies he’s McGyver), who leads a “Loosey goosey lifestyle” that normies can not begin to fathom. Oh and gun culture too . Steeped in the gun culture whatever the hell that means.
Loosey goosey = Deep State homo ?😂
Actually that depends on the Judge. And of course it’s not “SERVED” if you never get sentenced.
It appears many in FR really don’t know the difference between being sentenced and being held.
Rather, it is the author of this report who is at fault for not providing a supplementary list, and does not even enable any transcript. And with 250 articles per page on FR to scan, few want to take 28 minutes for info one should be able to provide a summary of.
I myself took at lot of time to provide a formatted transcript of this informational video, Genesis Impact (2020), by the grace of God.
Oh, now I'm your servant boy who has to do your work for you because you don't want the inconvenience of watching a video about something CRUCIAL that affects the state of our nation?
You want credit for someone else's work? Fine. Your job was to sell me on the idea that your contribution was important enough for us to spend time on it. I expect to see the information from another source, if it's so vital.
LOL, you are flat out wrong, but persistent.
You just keep repeating yourself.
“‘Time Served’ in Criminal Courts – What You Need To Know”
It’s not uncommon for someone to spend time in jail before they are actually convicted of a crime.
After someone is arrested, they can be held in custody until their arraignment. The judge will make a determination on the defendant’s bail during the arraignment, and if the defendant cannot afford bail or if bail is denied, they will remain in custody until their trial and sentencing.
This pretrial detention period counts as “time served.”
If the defendant is eventually convicted, the time they’ve already spent in jail will be credited towards their sentence.”
“What is Time Served in Jail?
Time served refers to the period you spend in jail or prison before your trial or sentencing. This can include time spent in custody after an arrest, during trial proceedings, or while awaiting sentencing.”
“A person held in official confinement on suspicion or charges of the commission of a felony shall, upon conviction of that or a lesser included offense, be given credit for the period spent in presentence confinement against any sentence finally imposed for that offense.”
"routh jail record"
Sent by Copilot:
Ryan Wesley Routh, who was recently arrested in connection with an apparent assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, has a long criminal history. His record includes felonies, stolen goods, and gun charges. Despite his extensive criminal background, he had not previously spent time in jail according to state corrections records.
Is there anything specific you would like to know about his case or background?
Right Time Served. Key word SERVED. Served for what? What happens if he’s found NOT GUILTY? You can’t apply that time to a crime you commit later. It’s not SERVED. It’s time sitting/waiting in jail UNTIL you are sentenced.
Seriously, it’s really that simple.
Once again. If you are found NOT guilty. What is it called while you were in jail? Clearly it’s not time served. What is it?
Yes, how much time has he spent in jail, I think they mean no prison time.
Do you really think that he was taken in handcuffs to the station during all those years and so many times and by so many different cops and never was locked in a jail cell, that he never spent days, or a weekend waiting for a hearing, and then sometimes waiting for someone to bail him out or anything?
The ‘never seen a jail’ claims would mean that he was either never taken in or that taken in he just sat in a chair for a little bit waiting for the CIA or whatever the theory is to instantly say “send him home”.
"routh how much time spent in jail"

Ryan Wesley Routh, who was recently involved in an alleged assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, has not yet been convicted or sentenced for this incident. If convicted of the charges he faces—possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number—he could face up to 20 years in prison123.
In previous felony cases, Routh received probation and/or suspended sentences, so he did not serve jail time for those convictions4.
Is there anything specific you would like to know more about regarding this case?
