This whole thing isn’t going to seem so smart once they ban ALL electronic devices from commercial aircraft.
Also this has given a huge competitive advantage to Chinese phones.
This whole thing is typical of people who are highly intelligent, but not very wise, and don’t consider the second order effects.
It’s very clever, to be sure, but it might not be good strategery.
