Well, if he was truly there 12 hours ahead and the PRESIDENT didn’t even know he’d be golfing yesterday, then maybe the guy simply was hoping to get lucky??

Maybe he wasn’t the only one. Maybe Biden-Harris had a bunch of them staked out all over the place and he was the one that was caught.
