I, too, blame rhetoric. Rhetoric on the left, stoking the flames, calling Republicans Nazis and Hitler and all kinds of insane things that stir up the mentally disturbed to take insane actions.
Even if elected, I fear these attacks will not stop, and in fact, the left may become even more desperate. Their ideology is wholly incompatible with true American values, and we must act accordingly.
Ladies and gentlemen, if you aren’t already preparing for civil war, I would suggest doing so, and above all, praying for victory. I don’t see any other possible future at this point.

Unfortunately, nobody wants to be financially inconvenienced by the consequences. And if everyone's too lazy and cowardly to quit paying the protection racket, there is absolutely no chance of a civil war.
