In March of 2020, Trump had CMS change its regs to allow residential care facilities the ability to refuse to take back sick CoupFlu patients from the hospital.

In May, Cuomo ordered them sent back anyway.

Why is nobody, including MTG, asking why facilities that had the ability to refuse thanks to Trump refused to do so.

And not just Cuomo.

Other govs did it, too.

Why did all those facilities knuckle under when the Trump admin had their backs?
