Never mind that JimRob has specifically addressed this in the past.
He doesn't mind if bloggers post here. What he does mind is bloggers using FReepers to drive traffic back to their site so they can make money off of us.
FR doesn't run ads, so does not generate ad revenue.
But, these guys run as many ads as they can on their site, because they're not about freedom or dissemination of news. They're after the almighty dollar.
Thus, the practice of posting excerpts of their own material here on FR.

What I think most people object to is those who have signed up on FR and the ONLY thing they ever post is an article.
They do not contribute to the forum either financially, or even by participating in the discussions their threads generate, or any other discussions for that matter.
They are what I believe is referred to as hit and run posters.
At that point, they are just using FR to line their own pockets.

Huh? I have never posted an article. I read the articles and consider what others write and express my own opinions according.

I'm not sure. His home page shows banned or suspended, but I think he did that as a joke.
