The purposeful invitation and release of migrants – including tens of thousands of criminals and terrorists – by radical progressive Biden-Harris-Mayorkas Democrats is destroying American sovereignty, endangering Americans and migrants alike, and radically transforming our country. To address a problem of this magnitude, Americans must first understand it and accept the need to take it on, no matter how difficult it may be.

The mass influx of illegal aliens and non-citizens into the United States poses a threat not only to the security of Americans – but to the security of our elections as well. The right of only American citizens to vote is enshrined in the 15th, 19th, 24th, and 26th Amendments to the Constitution and federal law prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections. However, another federal law, known as the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), makes it nearly impossible for states to determine the citizenship status of an individual registering to vote or to identify and remove non-citizens from their voter rolls. Enacted in 1993, the NVRA regulates the voter registration process for federal elections. Since its passage, many states have attempted to implement laws requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections. However, the Supreme Court has routinely struck down those laws, ruling that states may not require more information to register and individual to vote than what is required under the NVRA.232 That means the only line of defense against non-citizens voting is literally checking a box on the federal voter registration form swearing to the fact you are a citizen.
