The vote fraud experts in New Jersey come across the border to "help out" in the northeastern Pennsylvania counties in presidential "election" years.

Even more important, the PA Constitution describes exactly how absentee ballots are to be done (including signature & date) and forbids the use of mass mailed ballots…which were exactly what was done in 2020.
A D Gov and D majority PA Supreme Court are to blame.
