Yes...using generic phrases doesn’t work because people don’t know why merely those phrases are bad things anymore...sad, but true. Just like phrases like “secure border” - why is that important? People don’t know anymore. You have to be more specific (deadly fentanyl crossing the border, sex slavery/human trafficking, violent murderous gangs, etc.) , then label them as extreme.
