According to Tom Cotton, on his interview today with ‘Meet The Press’ (which I highly recommend watching, BTW) The New York Times contacted families of some of the fallen whose headstones were peripherally included in the photographs from the event, to see if they were offended. They found one family who somewhat objected to their family member’s headstone being in the photograph. But even their concerns, such as they were, were very mild and didn’t make any direct criticism of President Trump.
My father is buried in one section over (68), and he (and my mother also buried there) would wholeheartedly have approved of Trump making this gesture to those families whose members were murdered by the Biden Regime.
