The bottom of the various pages notes the site states it is supported by the "International Renaissance Foundation."

A Google search for the image shows it has been passed around throught Facebook and some Polish blogs.
It would be interesting to further look into the original article which Euromaidan Press apparently has published. Haven't found it yet. But it is a Ukrainian source under the auspices of the Soros foundation.
