Identifying and destroying all the illegal, cartel controlled, grows and deporting all the people working them.
Only citizens can vote and the people have more say over taxes, school budgets, etc.
Completely defunding every refugee resettlement company.
Auditing every non-profit and passing a law that says they can’t spend more than 20% on pay and benefits.
Forcing hedge funds and private equity to liquidate all the single family homes they purchased and turned into rentals.

I was a cop that worked in those areas. Some really amazing, hardworking people there and some absolute POS. Sadly, the POS outnumbered the hard workers.
