I'm not losing sleep over trying to find out the answer to that. I'm just glad she's running again.

“What is her endgame???”

$$$$$$$

She’s going for the federal green stuff.

“The amount of public funding to which a minor party candidate is entitled is based on the ratio of the party’s popular vote in the preceding presidential election to the average popular vote of the two major party candidates in that election. A new party candidate receives partial public funding after the election if he or she receives five percent or more of the vote.”

Her endgame is to advance the cause. In a parliamentary system, Greens may get some elected members. Rarely happens here, but where it does, the Dem will move closer to the Green agenda to reclaim the votes. No "endgame" as such is needed, just as Gus Hall the Communist didn't need one when he ran every four years in the U.S. (In his case, he certainly did get funding from the USSR). Pat Buchanan did the same thing for the Reform Party. Ed Clark did the same for Libertarians. When their is a snowball's chance of actually WINNING, they segue over to a major party (Bernie Sanders, Ron Paul)
