Today, Hamas published a letter that it sent to Hezbollah. Here is an important line from it:
“The time has come to move forward towards the reopening of the Khyber Gate (a Saudi city that was conquered by the Prophet Muhammad and where Jewish tribes lived) and to act to erase “Israel” from the map.”
This is a distress call from Hamas. They are begging for Hezbollah’s help in words that they have wrapped in religious Islamic elements.
