Ashlee Babbitt made the dumbest mistake anyone could make. It’s made me a few enemies right here but my critics are naive.

She did nothing worthy of being gunned down over, mistake or not.

Whether she made a *mistake* in your opinion or not, she did not deserve a death sentence.

The guy who gunned her down deserves that for cold blooded, pre-meditated murder..

Well, I guess there will always be people afraid to stand up to the tyrants and blaming the victims of tyranny.

She crawled through a window. Shooing her violates every black letter law and case law regarding use of deadly force by police.
I know people in DC worship government, but they do not enjoy “red line” deadly force protection like nuclear bombs on a flight line.

Legally, this was exactly the same as Lubbock Police gunning someone down because they were climbing through a window into city hall. With no legal justification, he precluded all lesser levels of force and went to deadly force. No verbal command, no pepper spray, no baton, no taser, no hands on and put her in cuffs. He murdered an unarmed woman from ambush.

It was blatantly illegal.

Ashlee Babbitt made the dumbest mistake anyone could make. You don’t break through broken windows.

Huh? That's your definition of the "Dumbest mistake anyone could make"?

As if breaking a window or crawling through a window while completely unarmed justified being shot to death by some corrupt government stooge.

she made a series of mistakes or bad choices and got herself pressured/coerced into her final action at the broken window.

just like the guy who shot her made a lot of mistakes or bad choices like working there, quick to use lethal action, listening to whomever may have told him to use lethal action since he likely was involved in plans of the day and not some patsy.

Her “transgression” *might* have warranted a $50 fine but it DID NOT warrant a bullet in the head. Of course the top dogs at Rat Party Headquarters disagree vehemently...believing her killer deserves a statue next to the Lincoln Memorial.
