It also discusses her dark history as California’s AG including her refusal to perform DNA testing that might have cleared a black man sitting on death row from being wrongly convicted. Supposedly witnesses at the scene of the crime claimed the perpetrator was white and there was some evidence that police hid this evidence. I don’t know all the details and would need to verify this, but if true, it’s obviously not good.
