Chilling leaked messages from Trump counter snipers have surfaced, detailing the moments leading up to the attempted assassination of former President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13.
On Saturday, July 13th, there was a “colossal failure” of security, according to the former Director of the Secret Service, Kimberly Cheatle.
The ‘colossal failure’ resulted in an alleged sniper, Thomas M. Crooks, taking shots at President Trump from the rooftop of the AGR Building in Butler, Pennsylvania.
The Gateway Pundit has published exclusive reports indicating the assembled group yelling, which included local patriot Greg Smith. The group could see the sniper team on the second floor. Smith could also see that the second-floor sniper team was watching Crooks for a half hour prior to the shooting, doing nothing.

Now, chilling texts, which were obtained by the New York Times from local law enforcement, detail the frantic communications of countersnipers who were tasked with protecting Trump.
One of the countersnipers sent a message to his colleagues indicating that his shift was ending. At approximately 4:26 PM, he observed a suspicious individual—later identified as the assailant, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks—sitting on a picnic table just 50 yards from the exit.
“Guys I am out. Be safe,” the sniper wrote. “Someone followed our lead and snuck in and parked by our cars just so you know. I’m just letting you know because you see me go out with my rifle and put it in my car so he knows you guys are up there.”
He added that Crooks was “sitting to the direct right on a picnic table about 50 yards from the exit” in a message sent at 4:27 PM, a little over 90 minutes before the gunman fired. The two other countersnipers responded with a thumbs-up emoji and a “Roger that.”

I doubt the security team around Trump was involved in a conspiracy. Having worked in large organizations I know how big efforts or policies are sabotaged. The guy in charge puts people he knows will fail in positions where that failure will have meaning. Or the guy in charge gives too many working hours to the right people so he knows they’ll take a nap whenever they can. Think of the guards on Epstein. They’d been worked huge amounts of overtime leading up to the (cough) death. A good supervisor would know those slack-offs would be asleep when they were needed to be.
What stood out in the article was the guy texting had spotted a problem, then went off shift before he knows someone had the ball. He’s the guy you need if you want something to fail. And a good boss would know this guy won’t make any extra effort.
But I could see how you and anyone else could believe it to be a setup or actual plan based on the egregious and incomprehensible "failures" evident.
I cannot really blame any one or any "conspiracy" theory being put forward that it was done on purpose. I don't think I could successfully assail that argument/theory convincingly enough to persuade anyone.
This is why Biden had to drop out of the race..NOTHING to do with polling or his health, it had EVERYTHING to do with Plan B failing, this was their one shot, to have Trump be murdered on live TV, the GOP would have had no candidate, people would have rioted, martial law would have been enacted..and we would have been stuck with Haley as the GOP nominee at the convention..a Haley vs Biden matchup, that is what the neocons wanted

Dan Bongino’s podcast today was also a piece of the puzzle - one of his friends relayed info that the Secret Service was only given the go-ahead the day before which explains so much of the unorganized mess we saw. Apparently the feds couldn’t communicate with the local law enforcement, the SS only allowed those in driving distance to go, etc.
For every day that goes by it is hard just to accept ‘incompetence’ of the SS for the assassination attempt and murder that day.
Of course, I’m just speculating since I don’t have any hard evidence in hand, but the odds seem to be pointing strongly in the direction of a planned assassination and that would point to the White House unless some rogue Deep State agency took it upon themselves without executive approval.

I proclaim the event a set up plain and simple, a government driven coup to kill Trump. What can you make of this when government was overseeing Crooks - watching his every move with his rifle as he set up on the lower roof to take shots at Trump. The second floor guys could have shot Crooks with their side arm for Pete’s sake if they want to.
Add to your point about the SS not showing up for scheduled meeting is that there were radios provided that linked SS to local police that SS did not use
The JFK assassination gives us a good template to see how this stuff works.
In that case the “leaders” almost certainly included Allen Dulles, James Jesus Angleton, J. Edgar Hoover, LBJ and perhaps a couple of big business types (oil, military industrial complex contractors) and a couple of mob types (Trafficante and Marcello).
The “logistics” was CIA.

But—to this day we do not know the name of the actual assassins.
Each of these individuals had their own reasons for wanting JFK dead—I will list a few of those:
LBJ—He was humiliated by JFK who threatened to kick him off the ticket in 1964, also threatened to get him indicted for corruption. Action was needed urgently.
Allen Dulles—He was fired by JFK after the Bay of Pigs where he felt he was made the scapegoat. It was personal.
James Jesus Angleton—Long story but this was about the Israel nuclear program. JFK was determined to stop nuclear proliferation cold. Angleton was strongly pro-Israel and had been helping them gain material and expertise behind JFK’s back. If JFK won re-election and then another eight years of Bobby the Israelis would have to wait more than a decade to become a nuclear power. While not urgent this was a problem that needed to be addressed.
J. Edgar Hoover—Bobby had been lording it over J. Edgar, constantly threatened to fire him, and this was an urgent problem.
Carlos Marcello (New Orleans mob boss, territory included Dallas)—Bobby Kennedy had kidnapped him and flown him to Guatemala and dropped him in the jungle. Miraculously Marcello survived and returned to the US and vowed vengeance.
Cord Meyer Jr. (cited by Hunt)—JFK had an affair with his wife, destroyed his marriage. This was personal.
Military contractors—JFK was trying to end the Cold War including ending Vietnam involvement. They had big bucks on the line. This was important but not urgent.
What happened was a group of individuals with common interests banded together outside of standard organizational structures to get “the impossible” done.
That may be what we are looking at now. Powerful individuals both inside and outside government had their own reasons to want President Trump dead.
The reasons could be a combination of political differences as well as personal risk of harm or past harm.
As with JFK I suspect that looking at formal organization charts is not going to crack this case.
Nobody, and I mean NOBODY (even that I saw out of Hill hearings to-date) has gleaned information from what came out of the command center which was supposed to be routing communications between local LEO and USSS, including command decisions.
That’s a real problem, and ‘text messages’ just don’t cut it.

Good post—we have no idea what SS communications were actually happening that day.
Until that is nailed down everything is just speculation.
And then, BOOM, there it was.
The Left believes this Trump is Hitler crap, so of course they would act to save the country by assassinating Trump. No doubt about it.
And, of course, there are plenty of operatives right down the line who have sworn to carry out the President's orders.
As we all know, they tried to have Trump removed from states' ballots...and failed. Then they tried to bankrupt him via lawfare...and failed. Then they thought they could send him to prison...and, Merchan, for some strange reason, thought that would be unnecessary.
And then that reason became apparent...the assassination attempt.
