It might be sedition, but to put a forced condition on her not to invoke the 25th amendment sounds like extortion to me.

If there was a need to invoke the 25th amendment, then that rationale alone should have been the motivation for it. When a coercive element is attached to NOT doing it, THAT might convert it to an extortive criminal act.

But again, these people are corrupt DEMONRATs, so why not?
