It’s even less likely that a photographer would be filming outside at a shutter speed capable of catching a moving bullet. If you weren’t looking to preserve something that happened in a flash, that shutter speed was unnecessary.

i’d like to see the film speed, f stop, light level, time of sunset, was the sun facing President Trump or the photographer, etc. on the photo shot...other photos taken around the time...
