What is kinda fun with people like that is when you find that they strongly believe two things that contradict each other.
It drives them absolutely crazy because both are their ideas.
One of my favorites is discussing the MLK assassination.
Axiom 1 in their brain: Conspiracy theories are for crazy right wingers. James Earl Ray killed MLK. James Earl Ray was convicted of the crime. Case closed.
Axiom 2 in their brain: The MLK family (Coretta etal) are wonderful people—American icons—who would never lie about anything.

I’m not looking for a ‘Saint’ President right now. I want the man I voted for in 2016 and in 2020. He’s the only one I can actually believe that will actually try VERY hard to do what he is promising to do.

I’m suspicious of this whole biden got Covid thing.
If they’re not using it to hide him fora while and he really does have it, it would not surprise me in the least that he was deliberately infected so Covid would take him out and they could stoke that for all the benefit they can reap from it.
They’d get the sympathy, would not be blamed, and could use it for more fear porn and that opens up wide whether they’d claim it was a new deadlier strain.
The possibilities are endless.
