in q dompetent administration, she would have been called to WH for answers, and there being no good ones, summarily FIRED. resignation is too good for this screw-up: a person died and 3 were injured, and considering the size of the crowd, that is the good news. imagine how it could have been worse including a stampede and spraying the stands with more of those ammo rounds he bought.
