It is hard to achieve this level of incompetence without some planning. I’d be looking for some prior Bush/Cheney folks still embedded in those agencies. I doubt any Biden folks are clever enough to cover their track. The Bushes never got over Jeb being humiliated.

This is your typical wishy washy Republican tone. The reality is she was dismissive, obstinate and uncooperative. So why not use those or similar words to describe how the call really went. Be straight with the people about it.
