The Secret Service like the Biden Administration is incompetent.
While I'm inclined to agree with that, there remains a lot of information lacking to make a final assessment as to whether this was incompetence or willful negligence.
But I do concur with a previous poster that the world witnessed the sovereign hand of God intervene in this matter.
I guess it is no longer a “secret” that the “secret” service is at best incompetent. At worst they are complicit.
That needs to be Trump’s campaign theme…..no conspiracy theories about the SS setting him up. Let the House GOP and others do that.
Trump needs to focus on the failure of the Biden admin on securing the border, effective security, economic stewardship, etc.
These are all gov’t failures and the last one (the attempted assassination) is due to Biden appointing incompetent leaders who are incapable of fulfilling their fundamental duties.
The people feel this about Biden. They feel nothing is working right. Trump needs to tap into that.

I don’t think it is mere incompetence. I think it was an intentional act to look incompetent so they could go through with the assassination of a former President and current Presidential candidate.
Many people are involved, I am sure way high up the ladder and they know if DJT gets in office, they will be hunted down like the animals they are - I won’t be surprised if there are more attempts.
The SS, DOJ and IRS are all compromised to be used against half of America and all need to be dismembered - new govt agencise need to be formed from the ground up.
