Failed Trump Assassin Purchased Ladder and 50 Rounds of Ammo on the Morning of the Rally, According to New Report

According to a report from CNN citing law enforcement officials, Crooks bought the ladder from Home Depot on the day he tried to assassinate Trump from the roof of a nearby building.

If this report is accurate and to be believed, Crooks may have made it past law enforcement and the Secret Service carrying a very tall ladder and used it to climb the building unnoticed.

CNN reports:

On Friday, he went to a shooting range where he was a member, and practiced firing, a law enforcement official told CNN. The next morning, Crooks went to a Home Depot, where he bought a five-foot ladder, and a gun store, where he purchased 50 rounds of ammunition, the official said.

Then, Crooks drove his Hyundai Sonata about an hour north, joining thousands of people from around the region who flocked to Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania. He parked the car outside the rally, with an improvised explosive device hidden in the trunk that was wired to a transmitter he carried, the official said. Then, investigators believe, he used his newly-bought ladder to scale a nearby building, and opened fire on the former president.

Maybe he drove two cars there?

Dude had lots of time on his hands since he had no interests, wasn’t interested in the Internet, had no affiliations, and didn’t care about Politics.

"So, yeah. I believe if you are dedicated to it, you can just BS your way past many, though not all things if you play the part."

Reminds me of the time I clipped a Peanut M&M's bag to my shirt pocket to get into a secret facility where everyone else wore yellow badges indicating their security clearance. And that was at the height of the Cold War.

Stupid patsy that got lured into believing that he would be a martyr for killing President Trump.

This guy had no intention of dying.

He had a bomb in his car that was rigged so it could be set off with a wireless detonator.

The police found the detonator on his body.

His plan was most likely to shoot Trump, detonate the bomb as a diversion and use the confusion to escape.

He most likely had two vehicles - a Hyundai and a non descript white van.

The bomb was reportedly in the Hyundai and his plan was to use the van to escape - possibly with an accomplice to pick him up in the van to take advantage of the confusion caused by the detonation of the bomb.

The overwatch team had a very poor line of sight because he was behind the crest of the roof until he broke cover over the crest of the roof to shoot Trump.

The plan was very well though out and he may have had prior knowledge of the three overwatch positions.

It's very ironic that the reason there were no agents on the roof was because there were snipers stationed inside the building who actually saw the guy three times, took pictures of him, alerted superiors and forwarded the pics.

His plan might well have worked had it not been for the police officer who climbed the roof and busted up his game plan. The much maligned officer forced the shooter to take a hurried series of shots at Trump and expose himself to the third counter sniper team armed with a Knight's SR-25 precision rifle.

This is very suspicious.

The command team had reports well in advance that they had an intruder but did nothing to keep Trump off the stage until the area was secured or take any proactive measures.

I think we’re getting lots of lies.

One kid that went to school with him and sometimes hung out said he wasn’t bullied at all.

I said before that I didn’t think he planned to die. If one plans to die, why not have your ID on you? Same if you think you’re going to be arrested with an AR and range finder at a Trump rally. There is absolutely no benefit to not having an ID, especially when you have a clean record.

He thought he was going to get out of there. Inside help may have made him confident he could escape.

I must be a very tall person then, as I’m a little over 5 ft. tall. However, Home Depot only sells 5’ step ladders in my area. There is a telescoping ladder that is only 2.4’ for carrying. It almost looks like a folding seat which would be less noticeable. http://www.homedepot.com/p/8-5-ft-Aluminum-Telescoping-Extension-Ladder-with-330-lbs-Load-Capacity-DHS-CYW-851/325040574

#23: "Blackrock may have something to do with this."

Yah think! Seems Crooks has been on the Blackrock payroll for a couple of years. He's been groomed for this moment. But he isn't the only Manchurian operative out there. There are more on standby, waiting for the their trigger to be pulled.

I've humped more ladders than I care to remember. A 5 foot ladder would be rarer than hens teeth. Never seen one. A 6 foot ladder is what you use to change the light bulb in your bathroom. That's a 12 foot ladder in the picture. No way that fits in a little bitty rice box.

Wow. This is all pretty sophisticated for a 20-year-old lone wolf registered Republican.

And they can’t find anything negative to report.

He passed a background check (for a $15.00 per hour job).

He won awards in school.

He was quiet and no one remembers him getting in trouble.

He didn’t have traffic tickets.

Narrative being built

The building where he climbed on the roof was being used by police as a rally security staging area per New York Post.

Was that tree obscuring the ladder recently planted? The mulch around it looks fresh.

With each passing moment, it seems more and more ludicrous, or more and more portentously menacing in the ramifications.
