I loathe defending Biden, but a lot of this is very reminiscent of the nonsense about Sarah Palin's PAC "inciting" the shooting of Gabrielle Giffords because of those rifle sights/surveyor's marks on a map showing Democratic congressmen they were targeting for defeat.
