You’re assuming he took the time to aim, the fact the snipers jumped would imply he did some variation of point shooting. Popped up from behind roof line and took a rough aim hoping something would make contact with Trump. If he took time to aim, he would have been dead before he fired

You have a valid point about the gunman, but I still am having a hard time understanding how two professional snipers less than 300 yards away did not neutralize the shooter before getting a shot off.
