I’m not sure about the print media, but the companies that use the radio/TV spectrum are answerable to the FCC. Public licenses are granted to companies based on the assumption of “public service” to its customers. Clearly, they have failed in the news department of that charge. I’m no lawyer, but it seems to me they are derelict in their obligation to present the news to us and should be held accountable. I think it would be possible to show that they knew Biden was mentally deficient but did not report it.
It’s the truth but does it buy us anything to say it? At least the voters are not being insulted. Guilty of allowing themselves to be misguided perhaps.
