dude needs a serious beating....... like really serious

His punishment will be when he sobers up and sees himself on the video which has been viewed by MILLIONS, his humiliation will be eternal meaning the memory of it will lash out at him every second of the rest of his life.

Yep, if you think about it, if he’s a church member, his job, the community, friends
family.......the embarrassment should be overwhelming.

Really the only damage control now would be a sincere apology and replacing the kids fishing gear.....anything short of that is gonna make it worse.

Nope. You are wrong. He will figure out an excuse for it making himself not just justified but the hero. Narcissists are like that. Their ability to rationalize everything in their favor and every wrong because of someone else rolls off their tongue like butter on an ear of hot corn. It just comes naturally to them. Introspection, guilt, shame? Pfffft.
