This bogus case is going to be bounced eventually for any one of a number of reasons, but the Trump prosecutions have become the 2020 Supreme Court Abortion Decision for then 2024 election.
It inflames and motivates the Anti Trump zealots who seem to have invested their emotional lives to the issue.
Best to just put things on hold.
