Sundowning is the name for a group of behaviors, feelings and thoughts people who have Alzheimer's or dementia can experience as the sun sets. The behaviors start or get worse around sunset or sundown. However, this delirium can potentially occur at any time, not just at sunset.
This explains why it's widely reported that Biden has a 10:00 am to 4:00 pm workday.

I despise and look down on fact checkers.
I learned in the COVID pandemic that they are nearly useless. Much of fact checking boils down to view, especially on complex subjects.
I remember in 2020 I was put in Facebook jail for posting and discussing theory that COVID was lab released. So I asked the fact checker/moderator that I had a masters degree with bachelors in science and what education level did they have to fact check me. They would not answer. Now the wet market theory isnt even discussed seriously anymore.
Really they are opinion checkers.
