I have no idea what this Judge Merchan is going to do, but his lone sentence is not going to save the Democrat’s election cycle. Putting Trump in jail after what went down with Biden, it’d create a true crisis in our nation given the fact Biden is unfit to serve and that’s said by his own party post debate.
These so called doctors should have their licenses revoked. Without actually evaluating a patient, you cannot make a determination.

Why is one even being considered by the court? He was “convicted” of an accounting error, not some violent crime.
Judge Juan Merchan needs to be evaluated for serious, long term, TDS.

This entire kangaroo court, the judge, staff, jury, prosecutors, all of them should be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole and that would be a very lenient sentence for their treason and corruption.
I did a search asking if judges used psychologists for sentencing and found an article about forensic psychologists, at https://www.apa.org/monitor/2017/09/courts-decisions . They are hired by attorneys or prosecutors. Nothing about judges using them. I would like to see how Merchan contacted these people, what he’s paying them, etc.
Seems pretty crooked to me.
Especially since - as you say - the accusation against him is a bookkeeping error (that his accountants made without any input from him...)
The opinion of a long time Trump-hater, without an actual exam, is meaningless. Just shows how desperate the dims are, and how incompetent this fake “judge” is. He should be charged with incompetence and have his law license revoked.
This case isn’t going anywhere. Especially after the “debate” because who is going to run cover for these criminals after Trump is elected? If I’m wrong, it’s because they have been paid so much $$ they don’t care or they know that the Dems will be stealing the election again and there is nothing anyone can do about that.

The danger of Trump slaughtering Bidens arse in that debate is that now the domestic enemies are going to be a lot more desperate to destroy him. Do not be surprised if he is sentenced to 20 years in prison July 11th.
I grew up in NYC and escaped 2012, I’ve had quite a bit of experience with “justice” in that toilet, it’s completely corrupt and completely insane. I was renting an apartment in Astoria and had a fight with a Turkish super who was abusing a dog in the building next to me, and I knocked him out but only after his son put me in a chokehold with dad trying to break my fingers and I slammed him with my free arm. I could write a book on that case, the extreme bias against me, it was absolutely nuts, exactly what Trump is going thru. That was back in 2002 and I’m still trying to get out of debt because of it.
Hopefully someone will check these psychiatrists’ political donations.
