Yeah, there are several swing states where they can change out candidates except in case of death
I've seen things posted online that it's too late for the Rats to change candidates, but they haven't had their convention yet. As such, Biden is not officially the party nominee, and the ballot line belongs to the party, not the candidate. The one possible exception is Ohio where the RINO governor called a special session of the legislature to ensure Biden will be on the ballot there after the Rats were in danger of not making the deadline due to their convention being in September.

When’s the last time a convention was in September? Another sign they’ve been planning the late switch for a long time?

I think they did make some kind of official “suggestion” that he was the nominee, in order to qualify for a couple early state ballots.

Also at stake, Biden’s hall of money can’t go to anyone but Harris. Pacs can keep their money but it can’t go towards any other nominee.

I’ll admit I’m of the opinion that electors cannot be forced to vote for the candidate they’re committed to.
I know SCOTUS ruled otherwise recently but there was plenty of precedent for it.
I don’t see anything in the constitution or the relevant Federal statutes showing that anyone other than the electors themselves get to look at the votes prior to their being submitted.

They can only be released if Biden agrees to release them.
It would be incredibly ugly look to change party rules and free the delegates.
Invoking the 25th amendment or convincing Biden to dropout appear to be the only way to replace him. And, Dr. Jill isn't keen on giving up her power.
