My Pollyanna days are gone. Whatever else you can say about Obama and Clinton, they are both politically astute, schemers, and not stupid. If they’re standing by Biden, it does not portend a positive reason for us. It’s very simplistic to say if they keep Biden in the race we’re assured to win. It only means one of two things, disaster on the horizon bigger than 2008 that they want to hang around Trump’s neck, or that they have their cheating scheme lined up.
Why would you believe their public statements?
Perhaps they are going to give Iran the green light to attack the US and Israel if Biden loses, that way Trump will get blamed
My take is they are standing by him for an unstated time. May be 6 months, 6 weeks, 6 days, or 6 hours. I wouldn’t trust either of them.
If cheating to win was guaranteed, we’d get Kamala. I’m more cynical and believe that this is all theater. Show support and let it be his choice to walk away. Let him anoint Kamala or whatever queen they choose. Dems are ruthless and won’t simply walk away with a loss.
