The Juror Instructions on the Federal Election Campaign Act were wrong. He misled them on the Law.

Yes, but selective prosecution is a 14th amendment violation (which came 80 years later) and I was focused on the most basic Bill of Rights.

However, I'll add it to the list in the future as an equal protection violation based on political affiliation.
