She is kneeling on the ball. They WANT her to dismiss the case so they can try again, this time in DC or something, or start appealing things.
She is grinding along, slow and methodical, not taking their bait. The Supremes will rule soon, and however that goes she will trim her sails and ensure it never is completed before the election.
