Ok guys, just a reminder of the facts...
1: McCain gave the Steele dossier to the FBI, not Ryan.
2: It was given to McCain by the former British ambassador to Russia, not Ryan.
3: The Dossier was fully leaked, and published in Buzzfeed in Jan 2017, before any investigation. Paul Ryan had a copy, I had a copy, a several million people had a copy. Nunes and Dishonest Injun Patel did not need a copy from Ryan.
The goal of giving the fake oppo research to a bunch of people was to indirectly get it to the FBI to torpedo Trump. McCain was an a-hole, and did exactly what the Clinton campaign wanted. Ryan did nothing, which was helping Trump.
Note: Gateway pundit is a bullshiite site full of half truths and nonsense clickbait. FR is worse for having it around, and it you read it and believe it you are destroying your brain.
REMINDER: Kash Patel is the mediocre lawyer who helped create the Mar-a-Lago classified documents mess, and got immunity from the DOJ.
And just to remind you, because you got your very first "fact" in your list wrong:
NOBODY said Ryan gave the Steele Dossier to the FBI. It does not even say that in the article. You just made that up. The real issue in the article is that someone supposed that Ryan was a reliable "tool" and Ryan was too chickensh*t to follow up, which no doubt disappointed those hoping to use him. But McCain did his job for the deep state, and history happened.
I suppose you wouldn't be the first one to read a title of a thread, read it wrong, and jump to a conclusion and post something before actually reading the article. Heck, I've done it before, and no doubt, I will do it again someday. And I will apologize for doing so. Perhaps you didn't intend to "make it up" and just got it wrong (which you did) but it might help if you used your less-destroyed brain to actually read the article and judge it on that, rather than spitting out a knee jerk reaction, FRiend.
Again, nothing personal. But you came on disparagingly against a bunch of Freepers in that post of yours.
Also-I don’t know what kind of lawyer Kash Patel is, and he may indeed be a “mediocre lawyer”.
I am no lawyer, so I won’t judge him on that because I am ignorant of those things. And I don’t watch television or programs that highlight legal or investigative work, so I cannot fall back on all that one might “learn” from watching Hollywood productions. But maybe you are a lawyer, or do follow those television shows, so I would defer to you on that.
But I respect Kash Patel because he got off his fat ass and actually got involved and did things. He is highly respected by those who follow his work.
He isn’t a keyboard warrior, like so many I see on here. Sure, keyboard warriors do have their place. But we need people like Kash Patel who are willing to put their reputations and their freedom on the line, wouldn’t you agree?
STEVE BANNON: Are you telling me and telling this audience in a British court filing that Steele filed under penalty of perjury, he identified that Paul Ryan actually had the Steele dossier before he charged you guys, House Intel, to look into this, and he never informed Devin Nunez, the chairman of that? That’s impossible to believe. Are you sure about this?
KASH PATEL: 100% accurate. The Steele dossier was handed to Paul Ryan’s Chief of Staff in 2016. They put out a mealy-mouth of retreat to it, response to it, which basically said, ‘Oh, we didn’t get it from Christopher Steele directly. They admitted it in court that they had a copy the entire time, and they didn’t tell us in 2016, they didn’t tell us in 2017, they didn’t tell us in 2018. The quintessential piece of evidence which was exposed because I went to DOJ and got the FISA, which the Steele dossier was an entire part of, and Paul Ryan was the one that fought us tooth and nail, and remember, on declassifying it. Now we know why. He had it for sure. He is a total coward.
You should listen. I know some people on FR also think Steve Bannon is full of crap too, but I think he has some good info as well. And, like Kash Patel, he had the courage to put himself between us and the Deep State, and might well actually go to jail for it.
Thanks. Points taken.
I take your point as I have reiterated in a previous post. However it is coming to light Through Patrick Webb on X that what Ryan did by not disclosing was obstruction of justice. This I tend to believe is factual and in the long run meant to harm Trump.
Uh, GP got it from KP who got the info from documents used as evidence in a lawsuit against CS in the UK. KP was on the investigative team with DN.
If you hate GP then don’t waste time reacting to their articles.
And don’t lecture me.
