The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit overturned a lower court ruling that had dismissed a lawsuit challenging Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt’s anti-trans birth certificate policy, which categorically prohibits transgender people from correcting the gender marker on their birth certificates to match their gender identity.
All three members of the panel agreed that the lawsuit stated a valid claim of unconstitutional discrimination against transgender people and that the government’s justifications for this discrimination were irrational.

I missed that part of the Constitution that mentions “Transgender”, or “sexual orientation” in the language. ALL these constructs of “identity” and “orientation” are just that: constructs; NOT biological FACTS, no matter what sex deviate “experts” claim.
Way too many judges need to be tried, convicted, and sentenced to a short drop and quick stop for giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States.
What you wrote there will be rejected by many content/comment boards like Yahoo. You CANNOT use facts as a sword to attack the pretend people.
These judges need to be impeached.
Repeal of the 17th Amendment is absolutely necessary if America as we once knew it has any chance of rebirth or even survival. The Senate has been approving all these nitwits and the Senators are not looking to their individual states for guidance, only the bag men.
A lot of amendments need to be appealed, but the 17th is a good start.

If trans people can change the gender marker on their birth certificates, expect a lot of men demanding to change the height listed on their driver’s licenses while women try to change their age and weight. If reality is whatever we want it to be, why stop at trans people?

Some words are so easy. “Choice”. Oh, you mean the choice of whether or not to MURDER YOUR BABY?
Its a “rain forest” out there. Doesn’t have quite the same ring to it as its a JUNGLE out there.

And this stuff matter both for future ID and for medical treatment, potentially emergency. XX vs. XY matters on a lot of things.
