Article Dig Deeper Maryland Gov. Wes Moore is planning to sign an executive order on Monday that will issue pardons for 175,000 marijuana convictions.
The governor's office said the executive order will be the largest state pardon to date.
The executive order will reportedly cover about 100,000 people with convictions for low-level marijuana possession offenses.

People are not usually send to prison for joint possession!
But a lot of hardened dealers will plea down serious felonies to possession.
