House committees issued criminal referrals WRT Hunter and Joe’s brother, James Biden’s,
alleged “false statements to Congress” about key aspects of the Joe Biden impeachment inquiry.
The facts are these:
<><>Joe Biden received money from James and Hunter Biden,
<><>nine additional Biden family members received payments from foreign business ventures,
<><>two of Joe Biden’s grandchildren recd foreign funds for unknown services
<><>statements cited WRT hiding Joe Biden’s knowledge of (and his role) in influence-peddling
<><>appears to be an egregious, calculated effort to shield the president from impeachment
<><>Hunter alleged he was not the corporate secy for Rosemont Seneca Bohai, LLC (RSB)
<><>House has corporate resolution signed by Hunter as RSB “acting Secy”
<><>the Committee then asked Hunter about foreign payments into the RSB account
<><>an IRS whistleblower showed Hunter was beneficial owner of the associated bank account.
<><>Hunter allegedly lied about leveraging his father’s influence
<><>Hunter blatantly influence-peddled to rake in money from CEFC China Energy Co.
<><>Hunter claimed the Zhao he messaged on WhatsApp is not the same CEFC Zhao
<><>(These were messages where Hunter stated Joe Biden was sitting next to him)
<><>phone records showed Hunter communicated with one “Zhao” – Raymond Zhao.
<><>Zhao indicated he knew exactly what Hunter Biden was talking about
<><>Hunter messaged the “Zhao” phone number for months WRT matters related to CEFC.
<><>James Biden, Joe’s brother, swore that Joe “never had any involvement
<><>Joe had no direct or indirect financial interest” in the family business.
<><>but other evidence showed Joe Biden did have involvement,
<><>Tony Bobulinski, a former Hunter Biden associate and whistleblower had evidence
<><> said “Hunter Biden, in his own transcribed interview, confirmed that meeting took place.”
<><>“Hunter confirmed his uncle perjured himself to House committee.”
<><>shocked by Hunter’s perjury; the committee repeatedly asked him the same question,
<><>“Each time he denied meetings w/ Joe Biden, even after text messages confirmations.”
Tony Bobulinski is a former business partner of Hunter Biden, and Lev Parnas, former associate of Rudy Giuliani, was sworn in during a hearing before the House Oversight and Accountability Committee on March 20, 2024. The committee held a hearing on “Influence Peddling: Examining Joe Biden’s Abuse of Public Office.”
In May, Committee Chairman Smith slammed the Bidens for their statements: “Lying during sworn testimony is a felony offense that the Department of Justice has prosecuted numerous individuals for in recent years, and the American people expect the same accountability for the son of the President of the United States.”
