Let's get back to Laz's Four Points after your deflection about Reagan and Palin.

You've [joesbucks] asserted and stood by the claim that Trump received a fair trial:

1. Despite the fact that he was tried in a very hostile region by a very hostile prosecutor and backed by a very hostile Biden administration official, and overseen by a very hostile judge.
2. Despite the fact he was tried for a crime he never even participated in, in ANY way....and was held accountable for a subordinate making a journal entry in a ledger that New York took issue with
3. Despite the fact that the jury instruction was utterly in opposition to SCOTUS rulings, that all elements of a prosecution must be agreed up completely before a guilty verdict is read out
4. Despite the fact that the predicate crimes (that were supposedly why New York alleged fraud in pursuit of those crimes) yet these predicate crimes where not even accused, much less proven... and yet the jury was allowed to assume the predicate crimes were true.

Further, you not only assert Trump had a fair trial, but you even claim he was treated with kid gloves.

Why won't you rebut any of these Points?
