I’m leaving aside any demonstrable points except the 800-lb-Gorilla-In-The-Room... his assertion that Trump got a fair trial, and in fact was treated with kid gloves, and his doubling-down on the assertion.

All we need is the one point. Anything else and he’ll change the subject to less clear points.

I believe Trump has had a fair trial. Should I be charged with crimes, I hope I would be treated as well as Trump.

And I stand by that. If & when I’m ever in trial, I want to avoid being detained while awaiting booking, a tv while awaiting my verdict, a safe space to make my pronouncements after the days proceedings, a day off to attend my son’s graduation, no restrictions on travel, leniency (avoiding jail)while violating gag orders and others.

Was Mr. Weisselberg given the same considerations during his trials?
