This happened in the place where I live, and I intend to follow the trial, if there is one, and do what little I can to seek justice for the accused kids. We must not put up with this kind of oppression any longer.

DOT regulations are very specific on what paints/stickers can be used on roadways for safety purposes. Wrong paint and you can't stop on it or it becomes slick in the rain. This paint does not look like it is the proper paint for the job. I'd hate for someone to sue the crap out of the city when their paint project is the cause of an accident. Nudge-nudge, wink-wink.
