There's been another poll mentioned around here, one that's produced by a proprietary computer program that some guy has come up with, that has Joe at like 8% approval.

The guy who has it seems to be a controversial figure but it seems like an intriguing notion. If the illusion can be preserved that it's an almost even race, then that's how elections get stolen. "Yeah, 81 million. Look at the approval numbers!"

Can someone help me out with that guy's name again, and the name of his computer software?
