I’m not surprised, I know she is perceived as more Trump friendly than the other Judges in these cases. But I figured she wasn’t going to get out in front of the Supreme Court with the Presidential Immunity case only days or weeks from coming down. If the Supreme Court ruling goes in Trump’s favor, Cannon will have MUCH more solid grounds to dismiss.

Now, I too will be waiting to see what, if anything, the Supremes have to say about this.
“Fearless” Judge Roberts will do his level best to ‘kick the can’ backwards or forwards.
