Looking at the news on duckduckgo the pretext seems to be over paying off the lawsuit. That is the inability to pay the insane judgement.

But if Infowars is shut down there won’t be money at all.

You can’t squeeze blood from a turnip.

Yep, the gov’t can easily and “legelly” cancel any of us.

We had a prime example yesterday.

Depends on the assets, if they are not mortgaged to the hilt, there could be significant value from seizing his assets.

The lawsuit and judgement against him are insane and totally unwarranted.

My wife was a bankruptcy attorney, a lot of time people filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy have significant value in their fixed assets. Her job in bankruptcy was to seize those assets, sell them and pay the debtors on prorated basis.
