I just keep remembering the nonsensical unjustified verdict in the Carroll case. We are living in Alice’s Wonderland where down is up & up is down. A “rape” years later no physical evidence, no witnesses. “Victim” doesn’t know what year.
It wasn’t a rape trial it was a slander trial, civil court, the burden of proof is lower in civil cases.
