Jail is supposed to be bad; but the 8th Amendment exists to prevent another Andersonville. Someone might mention it to the warden, whose guards seem to have decided that their power is infinite. If the media were honest, they would conclude that the environment there surpasses Abu Ghraib, which liberals like yourself mightily condemned.
This treatment at this facility is horrible. Yet Prisons, Judges bend over to allow Trans folks to get surgery.
Where are the Republicans in mass showing up at this prison. Where are he SC Judges, Conservative Judges speaking up about all this treatment.
How does a person have to wait 3 years for a trial and still no trial, not allowed visitation from family, Dr’s, etc.
