That is a direct breach of the Fourth Amendment. Everyone knows the first part. Look at the end.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and NO WARRANTS SHALL ISSUE BUT UPON PROBABLY CAUSE, SUPPORTED BY OATH OR AFFIRMATION, AND PARTICULARLY DESCRIBING THE PLACE TO BE SEARCHED, AND THE PERSONS AND THINGS TO BE SEIZED.
That means that the warrant must be sworn out under oath and list exactly what is to be seized and not one paper or even staple more. It must accurately describe the exact location to be searched. That does not include underwear drawers, nor the property of Melania Trump, who was not part of the warrant.
