I will admit, I don’t understand how the law works in such situations. Tbe judge received “unsolicited” advice. Okay.Even though the judge did not directly ask for it, someone shared their personal opinion with the judge.

No one is alleging it is criminal conduct.
It would be interesting to know if the guy who gave unsolicited advice to the judge had received unsolicited confidential information on Trump from the IRS, etc.
IDK but I suspect there was nothing “unsolicited” about it.
