The democrats can vote to say Apportionment will include illegals... however, they can do that, but that apportionment will not go into effect before the November election.
The Number of representatives per state is set, CA isn’t goign to get 2 or 3 more house members, and somewhere else isn’t going to lose any between now and November regardless of this law.. assuming it even passes to become a law.
This bill, A is not the law yet, and B even when passed is not going to change the allocation by November... so it may affect future elections but its not going to be impacting this one.
2 or 3 more house members are meaningless illegals don’t do censes millions that have crossed the border have given their names bogus or not they get counted (mail in ballets) it worked in 2020.
